Sphere 3D Corp. (NASDAQ: ANY) is a client of TraDigital Marketing Group, Inc. Sphere 3D Corp. has an agreement in place, dated April 21, 2021 to compensate TraDigital Marketing Group, Inc. a cash retainer of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) paid as follows: a cash fee of sixty thousand USD ($60,000) for publicly disseminating information about Sphere 3D Corp. via website, email, and SMS. Sphere 3D Corp. has paid TraDigital Marketing Group, LLC a one-time stock fee of 20,000 shares of common stock, restricted under Rule 144, for TraDigital Marketing Group, Inc., investor awareness and digital marketing services. The stock is eligible for sale on 10/21/2021. It is TraDigital’s intention to sell all of our shares once the restriction is lifted on 10/21/2021.
