Kevin McGrath

Kevin brings 30+ years of senior-level investor relations, fund management experience and deep sector knowledge to support clients in a variety of sectors. He understands how investors think and through his investor lens, he consults and guides managements throughout the entire corporate communications process. He has served as investor relations advisor to several hundred micro-to mid-cap companies, as well privately held companies, advising corporate executives and board members on how to manage complex communications issues related to investor perception, M&A announcements, secondary offerings, IPOs, business model changes, restructurings, activist and short seller attacks, executive transitions, and other special or crisis situations.

Prior to his career in corporate communications, Kevin spent six years as General Partner of Emerald Advisors, a hedge fund focused on investments across market capitalizations. Prior to co-managing the fund, he was a wealth management advisor at Bear Stearns and Shearson Lehman Brothers. Kevin began his career in pharmaceutical sales at Warner Lambert.

Kevin received a B.A. in Economics from Denison University.
