John McNamara

Managing Director

John brings more than 20 years of experience with investor relations and corporate communications, including media contact and crisis communications. Previously, John was the Director of Investor Relations at StoneMor Partners L.P., a NYSE listed Master Limited Partnership and at the time one of the largest owners and operators of cemeteries and funeral homes in the US. While at StoneMor, John created and managed the company’s first in-house investor relations position; he articulated the company’s investor messaging, set the overarching investor relations strategy and executed the day-to-day functions of the role. Over a three year period, John was instrumental in a 100% increase in the number of institutional investors holding more than 10,000 shares, and a more than 300% increase in holders of more than 100,000 shares. Investor roadshows and conference attendance increased from 3 per year to more than 12 per year. John developed the position to become the company’s primary liason with the investment community, and later, with all external constituencies through the departures of the entire C-suite and complete revamping of the board of directors.

Prior to StoneMor, John was a vice president with Cameron Associates, a NYC based investor relations agency. John was recruited to work at Cameron to service the influx of new clients and assist in the drive for new business. Previous to his tenure at Cameron, John was a senior vice president and partner at Financial Relations Board, at one time among the largest investor relations agencies in the US with offices in five cities.

John lives in New Jersey with his wife Leslie and two college aged daughters.
